I’ve been buying cars for over 40 years ( slows my age) but I never had such a positive experience in buying a car. I bought the car over the phone/internet. Katie and Walt Massey were both very kind and to the point. They told me what they could do and what they couldn’t do. They didn’t try to pull any of the usual old time slick tricks many other dealers use. I didn’t get the old dealer ploy your presence in the dealership helps your negotiating. No it doesn’t , it helps the dealer. The the whole buying process I can not overstate how easy and professional Katie and Walt Massey dealership made the buying process.
